WHITEPAPER v1.0

Alchemical Universe

The Great Gamified Green Community

Date: 2025

Section 1

Executive Summary

Alchemical Universe – The Great Green Community is an ecosystem that combines:

  • Global social network for cannabis enthusiasts (medicinal, wellness, responsible recreational).
  • Card game and alchemical narrative, serving as a playful and educational layer.
  • Tokenized economy of real crops, where users can acquire “crops” representing economic participation in real projects.
  • Governance by regions, with Councils of 100 members and regional Presidents.
  • Real social and political goal: organizing a critical mass by territory to drive popular initiatives.

The project is articulated on a fictional and symbolic aesthetic—the Alchemical Universe—that allows telling the story metaphorically while building a serious infrastructure for community, participation, and green financing.

Section 2

Vision, Mission, and Problem

2.1 Vision

To build the leading global organized community around responsible cannabis and green health, with the real capacity to finance crops, generate knowledge, and democratically influence regulatory changes, in a transparent, decentralized, and gamified way.

2.2 Problem

The pro-cannabis community is fragmented. There is a lack of tools for mass political participation, and project financing is opaque. There is no space where cultural identity, gaming, economy, and governance coexist.

2.3 Mission

To unite millions of supporters under a single global platform, divided into regions with councils and presidents, capable of financing legal crops, promoting popular initiatives, and influencing the debate on health and regulation.

Section 3

The Alchemical Universe

3.1 The Alchemical Narrative

The world is divided into fictional Macro-Regions. The goal of each region is to move from a state of "Blocked" (disinformation) to being "Medicinally Conquered" (CCC-M) and finally "Green Conquered" (CCC-V) through "Botanical Alchemy" (green science and culture).

3.2 Ecosystem Layers

  • Game and Cards: Gateway, strategy, and engagement through a collectible card system.
  • Social Network / Community: Profiles, forums, and regional status panels.
  • Economic Layer: A dual-token economy (GM and GMᴱ) powered by staking 'Crop' cards in 'Territory' cards.
  • Governance: Regional councils, Presidents, and a World Advisory Council.
  • Political and Social Impact: Coordination of popular initiatives and campaigns, funded by the game's economy.

Section 4

Ecosystem Architecture

4.1 Users and Regions

Each user becomes a citizen by joining a region, which enables them to vote, participate in staking, and run for office.

4.2 Regional Council (100 members)

Elected by citizens of the region. The council's votes are weighted by their 'Influence Power', derived from staking cards. They manage regional funds and elect the President.

4.3 Regional President

Elected by and from the Council, the President is the region's voice and representative in the World Advisory Council. They can appoint Ministers to manage specific areas.

4.4 World Advisory Council

Composed of all Regional Presidents, it coordinates global strategies, forms alliances, and manages the Planetary Treasury.

Section 5

Digital Assets and Tokenomics

Note: The specific implementation may be adapted to the jurisdiction and legal recommendations. The following is a conceptual design.

5.1 Asset Types

  • Cards (NFTs - ERC1155): Represent game assets like Territories, Crops, Alchemists, and Counselors. They are used in staking to generate yield (GM) or influence.
  • Gas María (GM - Utility Token): The in-game currency, generated by staking Crops. It is spent on actions like voting. It's a consumable token.
  • Gas María Elite (GMᴱ - Status Token): A non-transferable token representing a user's reputation and contribution. It is earned by participating in the ecosystem.
  • MARIA (Governance Token - ERC20): The main governance token, used for marketplace transactions and acquiring key assets.

Section 6

Governance and Voting Model

6.1 User Voting Power (Influence)

A user's influence is calculated based on the cards they have staked in the Governance Staking system. Each card has influence points, and Alchemist cards can provide significant bonuses.

6.2 Election of the Council of 100 per Region

Any citizen can nominate themselves. The 100 candidates with the most votes from their region's citizens are elected. Voting has a strategic cost in Gas María (GM).

6.3 Election of the Regional President

The members of the Council of 100 elect one of their own as President.

6.4 World Advisory Council Voting

Each Regional President has one vote for ordinary decisions (simple majority) or strategic ones (reinforced majorities), such as forming official alliances.

Section 7

Crop Economy and Value Sharing

7.1 Simplified Economic Flow

Revenue from the sale of assets (like presale tokens or initial cards) is distributed among real-world projects, the Planetary Treasury, and operations. The Marketplace transaction fees are collected by the Planetary Treasury, managed by the World Council.

7.2 Economic Staking

To generate Gas María (GM), players must own 'Territory' cards and "plant" their 'Crop' cards in them. This is done via the Economic Staking system ('My Crops'). Alchemist cards can be assigned to territories to provide production bonuses.

7.3 Regional Green Chests (Future)

Future economic funds for each region, governed by its Council to finance local projects and initiatives.

7.4 Planetary Treasury

Global fund managed by the World Advisory Council, fed by marketplace fees. Used for technological development, research, and support to regions.

Section 8

Roadmap (Indicative)

  • Phase 0: Launch of the card game, website, and initial community.
  • Phase 1: Implementation of user profiles, regions, and basic voting system.
  • Phase 2: Economic pilot with a real tokenized crop and first reward distribution.
  • Phase 3: Expansion to new cultivation projects and activation of global and regional funds.
  • Phase 4: Coordination of popular initiatives upon reaching critical mass in key regions.

Section 9

Legal Framework and Compliance

Disclaimer: This whitepaper does not constitute legal advice or an offer of securities. Any implementation must be adapted to the current regulations in each country with the support of specialized advisors.

  • Local Compliance: Each cultivation project is designed under the specific regulation of the country.
  • Narrative-Legal Separation: The universe is a symbolic layer; economic rights are legally structured.
  • User Protection: Clear terms, risk information, and KYC/AML when necessary.
  • Technological Flexibility: Modular contracts to adapt to regulatory changes.

Section 10

Conclusion

Alchemical Universe proposes a completely new way to organize and empower the global pro-cannabis community. It is a model where people play and learn, finance real green projects, participate in governance, and can, with enough critical mass, become an organized political and social force.
